• Support and participate in sub-functional change management to drive transformation and
• optimization
• Data integrity control
• Identify improvement initiatives and team recognition
• Implement compliance requirements
• Plan, direct, and assess quality management
• Execute SHERQ programs
• Provide input into functional planning
• Implementation of operational plans
• Sub-functional resource utilization
• Business intelligence and trend analyses
• Engineering project management
• Engineering technical support
• Comply with IMS standards
• Contribute to functional budget planning
• Implement and manage the approved budget

• Grade 12
• GCC Mines and works
• National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years of Engineering and Production Experience in a Mining environment
• 3 years of project management experience

• Salary: R1.3Mil/yr - R1.7Mil/yr, salary negotiable
